Hope is a fundamental aspect of the human experience and is deeply intertwined with faith. In the face of hardship, loss, or uncertainty, the desire for a better future can feel lost and with that a sense of purpose is gone. One cannot truly live a full life without hope. The journey of faith involves navigating moments of doubt and darkness and - within these trials - finding hope.
Lest we forget, Jesus’ whole mission was to share joy with us. He said it himself. “I’ve told you these things so my joy may be in you.” If you want to dwell deeper into this important dimension of life, you will not want to miss Paul George’s XLT presentation.

The greatest archaeological discovery of the 20th century gave the world the Dead Sea Scrolls. As the oldest sacred documents of Judaism, the scrolls have many surprising connections to early Christianity.
Biblical scholar Dr. John Bergsma and Franciscan University of Steubenville President Father Dave Pivonka, TOR, discuss the history and mysteries of the scrolls, what they reveal about Jesus Christ, the sacraments, and the early Church and why they matter to believers and non-believers today.

To honor all our veterans and celebrate Veterans Day, St. Thomas the Apostle extends a special invitation to all veterans, their friends and families to gather at 8:00 AM Mass in the Church. Veterans are invited to wear their uniform, shirt, hat or other symbols of their service.
As we gather to remember all who have served and those who sacrificed their lives to ensure our freedom and liberties, let us do so mindful of the redeeming sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace. Our Knights of Columbus will provide a color/honor guard and assist any disabled veterans who attend.

Music for the Veterans’ Day Mass will be provided by our dedicated organist, Gregg Reynolds and special guest musicians, The 4GENTS. Led by parishioner, Matthew Holter, The 4GENTS is a professional Tucson-based vocal quartet who specialize in popular vocal music from the mid-20th century. The GENTS are happy to return to St. Thomas the Apostle and lend their voices to honor and show gratitude for our veterans, both past and present.
WEEKLY Men's Rosary Group for Vocations

With Fr. Pat's blessing, the Men's Rosary Group for Vocations will be offered weekly (vs. monthly).
Intentions for each evening's Rosary prayers focus on increasing ALL vocations including sacramental marriages, the single life, priesthood, permanent diaconate, religious and consecrated life especially from our own St. Thomas the Apostle Parish family.
All men in the parish are invited to participate and are encouraged to bring their sons, nephews, fathers, uncles and any other men who wish to participate. Men from other parishes are also welcome.
